I have been with DocuSign for almost 4 years, wearing a few different hats. I started as an Account Manager, then moved over to Adoption Consulting, and have recently become a Customer Success Segment Manager. Within Adoption Consulting, I focused on working with existing customers to help address & overcome adoption challenges, guide admins on creating & deploying expansion strategies, and act as an expert resource for all things DocuSign. I have worked with all sorts of customers, but my skills and interests align best with the Non-Profit & Education verticals. I am a former elementary Special Ed teacher based in the Seattle, Wa area.
