In my time at DocuSign, I have worked as an Account Manager closely partnering with our customers to implement our products as quickly and successfully as possible. I have helped over 500 customers to deploy new use cases, templates, and workflows.

Since then, I have moved into the Enablement field, where I currently lead the team of people who train our Sales and Customer Success reps on our Products and the Systems that we use internally. We lead training sessions, build self serve content, and work closely with our Product development team.
