As a former lawyer with French, German and Korean language skills, I advise customers on how to get started with DocuSign, build workflow templates and ensure legality of their electronically signed documents.

Since joining DocuSign in April 2019, I have been supporting DocuSign’s Europe-based enterprise customers with complex e-signature implementations and deployments of massive scale. My experience working with global organisations in multiple industries was pivotal in driving adoption and realizing return on investment across large enterprise customers. Before joining DocuSign, I managed business and IT projects for a German fintech company to set up a platform-as-a-service product comprising a modulable core-banking system. I started my career as an attorney-at-law at a global law firm in New York City and also spent time in their Paris and Frankfurt offices.
