To arrange an initial 1-hour meeting, start by searching volunteers by the skills you’re looking for and choose someone who matches your needs. In your initial message, please share a brief but detailed description of the problem you're trying to solve.
Following your introduction, your DocuSign Impact Corps volunteer will send you three potential meeting times. Select the date and time that is best for you, and your volunteer will confirm your meeting. You and your volunteer will get each others’ contact information over email to arrange logistics for your initial meeting.
Your meeting will happen by video or phone call. The DocuSign Impact Corps volunteer will work with you to understand your organization’s needs and discover how they can help. Any follow-up actions or conversations after the advisory meeting should be mutually agreed upon by you and the volunteer.
If your project is going to require more than one meeting, you and your DocuSign Impact Corps volunteer should determine additional deliverables and a timeline for the project. Any follow-up actions or conversations after the initial call should be mutually agreed upon by you and the volunteer.
