I've held a lot of various positions prior to Docusign (Infosys Analyst of the Signal Core in the Army, Geek Squad Tech, Tech at Northwestern Mutual, Support Engineer at Fiserv Inc., etc.) but my passion is to help others and to expand their knowledge base.

I have a knack for digging out minute details that can help people solve issues and making sure the knowledge is spread around (along with writing technical documentation) so everyone can grow. I've worked for Docusign since September 2021 for the Rooms team. I also support Notary and Transactions products. I also have several Docusign certifications:
