I am a Sr. Manager of Customer Success at DocuSign. DocuSign helps organizations connect and automate how they prepare, sign, act on, and manage agreements. I am a seasoned Customer Success professional with a passion for helping companies reach their highest potential in their digital journey. At DocuSign, I manage a team of Customer Success Managers that are focused on DocuSign’s insurance customers. The team focuses on helping customers achieve their business goals and desired outcomes.

Prior to DocuSign, I was an Engagement Manager at IBM, where I provided supply chain and contracts consultation, integration analysis and project management services to Enterprise clients. I’ve also had business roles at Huron Consulting Group and Aon. In college, I studied Management Information Systems which was the perfect mix of business and technology. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. I survived participating in three marathons, even though I have a love/hate relationship with running. The opportunity to fundraise for three wonderful charities made the miles easier to complete. I believe helping others is not only a good thing to do, it also makes us happier and healthier, too. Giving also connects us to others, creating stronger communities and helping to build a happier society for everyone.
