A few things about me, I am a Seattle native, I’m half Thai and my Husband and I currently reside in Seattle. On the weekends, we enjoy watching Seahawks football, going to Mariners games, hiking and exploring Seattle. I'm a dog mom to a Shiba Inu named Wiki. My experience includes but not limited to account set up, template creation, advanced features and setting up complex workflows.

I’ve been at DocuSign since July 2016, I started off as an Account Manager before transitioning to the Customer Success Department as an Adoption Consultant. Currently on the Vertical Adoption Consultant Team where I primary focus on Real Estate, Education and Non-for-Profit customers. My experience includes but not limited to account set up, template creation, advanced features and setting up complex workflows. I’ve presented at DocuSign booths for multiple conferences including DocuSign Momentum, Keller Williams Mega Camp, ReMax R4 and National Association of Realtors. I’m passionate about volunteering and giving back to my community. I’ve participated in multiple DocuSign Impact events like landscaping at Woodland Park Zoo, helping at Winter Special Olympics in Washington, and organizing food at Food Lifeline.
