Former DocuSign Admin, now DocuSign employee hoping to help support organizations on their digital journey!
I have worn many hats over the years - librarian, HS teacher, project manager, office manager, but in all cases I've worked for non-profits, in higher education, and for government agencies. In last position, I helped implement and support DocuSign at a large public university. I was everything from technical support to business analyst as the university campus progressed on their digital transformation journey.
I have now taken all of that experience as a DocuSign customer and brought it into my role as a solution engineer, primarily for education and non-profit customers. I'm hoping to give back even more and help your organization with everything from DocuSign template best practices to adoption and change management.
I think of myself as a calming presence and love working through problems to help others. I am by nature a teacher and love that I now get to bring technology to others and help them to find solutions for their process problems.
