Customer Support leader with more than 5 years with DocuSign. I have managed our Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, helping them through their cases, and I have directly helped customers use DocuSign eSignature. Whether setting up templates with conditional logic or creating a PowerForm to kick off a process, I love showing how DocuSign can maximize efficiency.


After nearly 5 years at an insurance software company, my department was cut and my team (including me) were all out of a job. It was probably the best thing that’s ever happened to me! Not only did I land at DocuSign (more on that in a minute), but I discovered a love of cooking. When you need to watch a strict budget living on savings and unemployment, going out to dinner is a luxury. Cooking at home is far more affordable.

After a few short weeks I found an opportunity at DocuSign... that I didn’t get. But a couple of weeks later, recruiting reached back out for a different opportunity and I was in! More than 5 years and a couple promotions later, things are going better than ever.
