I joined the DocuSign Customer Success team in 2015 and I am currently working as Technical Course Developer for DocuSign University. My role has helped develop great knowledge of the DocuSign eSignature product and features and would love to help others with their eSignature implementation!

In my role as a Technical Course Developer, I develop training content for employees, customers, and partners, including self-paced, instructor-led, and video content. I look after the eSignature administration, Standards-Based Signatures, DocuSign Identify, and DocuSign Signature Appliance curricula.
I also gained experience in assisting customers and troubleshooting complex issues in my previous role as a Technical Support Agent with DocuSign.
I would love to help non profits to use DocuSign successfully.
